In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the arrival of the goods atthe port of destination.  while for the quantity discrepancy, claim should be lodged by the Buyer within 15 days after thearrival of the goods at the port of destinatlon.In all cases, claims must be accompanied by Survey Rep- orts of Recognized Public Surveyors agreed to by theSeller.Should the responsibility of the subject under claim be found to the rest on the part of the Seller, the seller shall.within 20 days after receipt of the claim, send their reply to the Buyer together with suggestion of settlement.If product quality problems occur at a later stage (exc- ept for human factors or natural disaster factors), maintenance services can be provided free of charge during the warranty period, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After the price is confirmed, you can ask for samples to check our quality.If you ask for samples, we will collect sample fees(Some model is free). But the difference in price of the samples will be refunded to you after the order is officially placed.

Yes, your design is also welcome. Please send your design idea or drawing to us, and we customize it for you.
4. What is the payment terms?
 T/T 30% as deposit before production, T/T 70% as balance before shipment.
5. What is your delivery time?
 Retail delivery: in 7 days  Sample delivery: in 7-20days  Wholesale delivery:15-50 days  The exact delivery time is determined by the model, quantity and time of placing the order.
6. What is the quality assurance?
One year guarantee for the complete machine, three-year guarantee for motor and lifelong paid maintenance service. But warranty times will vary from product to product, depending on the product you choose.
7. How will you arrange the shipment?
For small samples,we send by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT express, and mass production will ship by sea. Sometimes, if you have cargo to go from other Chinese factories,we also can help you arrange consolidation shipment.
